Update your air conditioning system with a Wi-Fi, phone app enabled, programmable thermostat. One of our trained technicians will install, configure and train you on this new Honeywell thermostat. With your provided Internet access and a mobile device you will be able to monitor your AC system’s activity and change the temperature to fit your needs.

Plan and Install
New Air Conditioning and Heating systems can be a large investment. We help you plan what size you need, provide you with costs and then install according to our agreement.
Service
We service what we sell and even service HVAC systems installed by other installers. We service Trane, Goodman, Lennox, Carrier, American Standard and other AC units.
Maintenance
Our annual maintenance agreement provides you with two visits per year from our certified technicians. Our techs check key components and perform maintenance that will improve the life of your system
Trane Strong
We install Trane HVAC systems for commercial and home locations. Trane provides a minimum 10-year system and parts warranty on every system installed by Mayo’s Air Conditioning and Heating.
Efficiency in SEER
If your current system’s SEER rating is below 14 then you need to consider replacing that unit. The power savings could pay for your new unit and you will have a new, efficient system under Mayo’s warranty.
